Neil Rutland
Head chef/owner/director/general dogsbody!

Neil is a career chef having started working in commercial kitchens from the age of 15 as a pot wash working his way through the ranks becoming head chef of some of Norfolk’s finest hotels, most recently Heacham Manor Hotel, where he started the kitchen from scratch, taking it from nothing to gaining an AA rosette inside just 3 years, going on to hold that rosette for the next three showing his ability to hold a consistently high standard.

Tina Dewey
Senior restaurant supervisor

Tina is Neil’s partner and has worked alongside him at all of the hotels he has worked, holding several position in those hotels from waitress to housekeeping to barmaid, she has a wonderfully rounded catering background giving her good all round knowledge of the industry. She always has a smile on her face and brings a polite and professional attitude into the restaurant.

Paul Elliott
Restaurant Manager

Paul join our team as Restaurant Manager in mid 2017, he has a really great customer service background having worked most recently at the Banningham Crown & Number One in Cromer for Galton Blackstock. He has implemented many new ideas into the business starting a regular news letter, helping to implement a ‘specials board’ and generally adding a wonderful personal touch to the restaurant, come in and see him sometime the welcome is always warm and friendly.
